The jew temple was reduced to nothing,not a block left. Afterwards the Romans built a temple to Jupiter which the Christians later destroyed. The base survived,which is what the “temple mount” is. Are they actually praying to Jupiter?

Who cares ? Why worry over that which you have no control over. If the Jews wish to pray at the remains of a Temple to Jupiter i’m certain there view is the placement of the wall and what it once stood for before the Roman destruction and rebuilding.

Probably. But they enjoy pretending. Similar to the way they enjoy pretending there was once a jewish kingdom in Palestine. Herodotus.Strabo – none of the historians of the era even mention jews,what to speak of a kingdom.

Yes. Frankly,I always thought that was well known. Even Josephus reported that the jewish temple was left without a brick standing.

Hmm,maybe the actual “wall” does not have any importance in the Judaic religion.
It is certain that their wall was once built in that area so I believe it is a kind of a spiritual “landmark”.
In order to pray and communicate with God I don’t think anyone needs bricks or stones.
I have always respected religious people, no matter their faith.
It is truly wrong to relate violence with religion.
The same applies to the Mohammedan believers, followers of the Koran.
So if the Jewish people think this is their holy structure, then this must be it.
Unfortunately there are other things that annoy me about them.
For instance of how they treat those blood relative of theirs, the Palestinians.
I am 100% against their ways and they will always find me against them, like so many people coming here trying to warn them of their wrong-doings.
I just hope one day God will show those Jews the path of light.
Their Muslim brothers are waiting for them to make the first step.
The Real First Step. Like: Come and live together with us.
