Its the free food which is served in indian temples,mainly in south indian temples,served free of cost,but very tasty.

In most of the South Indian Temples Three items are served as Prasadams, they are Pongal, Sarkarai Pongal (sweet) Venn Pongal (Salt) , Dhathyonnam (Curd bath) and Puliodharai (Tamarind Rice).. You can find the recipes in the following URLs:

HI! food served in temples is without onion and garlic it is mainly made up of potatoes it cud b with or without gravy. u can buy a recipe book .
