Patpong, Nana Entertainment Plaza, Soi Cowboy
Those 3 should keep you busy for a while

QBar & Bed Supper Club, which were featured in various international entertainment magazines.
Le Fenix Sukhumvit Hotel is the best for this price range hotels in bangkok, small but modern and clean, only 5 minute from the sky train, easy to get taxi, tuk tuk.. Nice walk along the sukhumvit road.. lots of hawker stalls.. lots of great classy pubs, nice disco in the same soi..also if you after a go-go bar is only few sois down the road. Bed Supperclub is just round the corner. The hotel staffs are helpful, friendly.. this is great hotel for young travellers who seeks colorful nightlife and its in the heart of the city.. easy to get to the airport.. only take 30 minutes off peak hours. Have a nice trip!!

the nightlife in Bangkok is off the hook- plenty of party places to check out. Gulliver’s Tavern on Khao San Road is a good place to start. There are several clubs/pubs in the RCA area. Sukhumvit has a couple of good places- BED supperclub and Q bar.
Some of the best places I’ve been to in Bangkok were Chinatown (a surreal experience), the weekend market (bargains galore), and one of the many mega-malls (Siam Paragon, Central, MBK). There’s even a big aquarium on the ground floor of Siam Paragon. You do owe it to yourself to check out a few temples in Bangkok- the grand palace and the nearby wat po (huge reclining gold buddha).
You should also check out some of the “adult” places in Bangkok- even if you don’t plan on participating. Soi Cowboy, Patpong, and the disco inside the Nana Hotel are not to be missed.
If you have the time, catch a bus or taxi to nearby Pattaya for some “naughty” nightlife. Kind of like Las Vegas on gallons of red bull. The nightlife there is insane.
Hope this helps- good luck.
