ANYONE is better than Bush so change is always welcome. Obama has made many promises to end wars, cut taxes, etc, and I hope he tends to do at least some of them.

It’s important to me. now i know he is like other traditional politician. he closed gitmo and those were released becomes leader of al-quaeda in other country. what a traditional politician move. reverse the bush policy regarding abortion which he said he;s not going to do. what a hypocrite

Even tho i did not vote for obama.
i did watch the inauguration.
the reason i watched it and its important to me because its a part of history the first african american president EVER is huge and its good to know that your a part of that special event.
so the inuguration is important to me because it is a part of history and we need to be a part of it too:)

I don’t think so much of Obama as the first black president so much as the first multi-ethnic president. He represents people of so many ethnicities and cultures both in body and in spirit. He is an excellent role model and inspiration to those that need it most. He is a charismatic leader- leading by example. He seems to hold himself and those he associates with to high moral standards. Hopefully that adds up to an outstanding president. It is time for the world to look up the USA again.

Its not important to me. People are making such a big deal about it beceause he’s black. I mean i’m not a ****** but people are way overreacting. Obama only won beceause he had like %99 percent of the black vote. I bet if McCain was black he would’ve won.

And it pisses me off that black people hated bush. Bush was a good president and he did what he thought the right thing to do was. It wasn’t his fault.
