Where can I buy inflated helium balloons in Bangkok?

John C asked: I am planning a surprise party for my friend in Bangkok. I have got everything ready but I lacked helium inflated balloons, ie: floating balloons.
Where can I purchase plain, normal balloons that provide the injection of with helium gas in them?
Specific addresses and maybe tel no of the shops are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
