All the Arab world.
Iran (which, while Middle Eastern, isn’t quite Arab.)
Pakistan
Indonesia (primarily Muslim)
The Soviet Union/Russia.
Most countries in Europe (going by the UN’s myriad attempts at stopping Israeli atrocities.)
And possibly India, Malaysia, and Canada.

China, the EU, Russia, all Arab States would be my best guess. Cheers!
edit: as Sophia said all Muslim states including Iran

Qatar would be the first, since only they maintain an embassy there, followed quickly by Syria,Iran,Saudi Arabia and Yemen. In the west,The Russian Federation would undoubtably lead, followed by Norway,Sweden,Iceland and Denmark. Many smaller nations would reognize the government within a two-week period. Armenia and Cyprus as the only Christian-majority nations in the Mideast will hold back due to the Islamist orientation of the government, but ultimately recognize Gaza if only to acknowledge their right to independence from an oppressive regime. Political factors will play a role here as elsewhere; Armenia enjoys a close relationship with Iran and Cyprus will welcome an oppportunity to annoy Turkey,an old enemy and a friend of zionism. I think at this point everyone would like to see the de facto goverment regularize it’s realations with the world community. It has to be done and it is long overdue; the blockade could not continue, least of all the naval blockade since territorial water rights are vigorously enforced by the International Maritime Commission, which is no pushover like the U.N. The consequence of violating teritorial waters in no usage of any ports of any nations affilated with the Commission. Usage is denied. This includes all seafaring nations. I daresay that prospect might inhibit the zionists from continuing a nanval blockade.
