try googling but im not sure they are franchasing though. Maybe you should learn how to make them.

I have searched hard for the name of the company that sells ayam penyet (smashed chicken). I do not see any Indonesian company franchising it. There are however outlets in Indonesia and Singapore that sell this. But no formal franchiser is there. Perhaps you can start doing it!
