Do not consider Cambodia. Almost everything is imported and expensive. China has a majority of the languages i.e. software in Chinese rather than english so beware about that. Vietnam is not as good as Thailand and finally… Thailand is a software pirates heaven… any software cd is 3 dollars. a two cd program is six bucks. Most all pcs are custom built and labor is cheap. I do think though that for a laptop you may be better off to buy in the usa because you get a better warranty and the safety of the purchase in usa having resources if it goes bad fast. Thailand honors warranties but not as good as usa. I would most of your mentioned stuff in usa. Smaller gadgets better in Thailand. Don’t even think about Philippines because they tax imports one hundred fifty percent before they start to ***** you…. Laos? you are joking right? At least in Thailand some items are made there like ibm hard drives and other items.

Non of the country mention has the cheap eletronic product. if you must by, go to thailand to buy.

If you are in this place, look for store that has good quality product and get a better deal, but don’t expect better than what you get from Japan.
I think there are stores that really have good quality and price to meet the needs of their valued customers around the places you wanted to go.

don’t consider thailand, everything here is also imported or fake.

Best place will be Singapore and Hong Kong.
If you are referring to the countries you are traveling to, then Thailand will be the better bet. The other countries are not that advance.
In bangkok, head to Panthip Plaza, the computer centre in Bangkok.
